Smoking Cessation Class in 2017

Lowell Community Wellness is pleased to support a Smoking Cessation Class beginning Tuesday, February 21st, from 6-9 PM at the Lowell Family Medical Center.  This six-week session is open to the public, free of charge, and is supported by the Pink Arrow Project.  Registration is encouraged, please call 6160446-7058.

Tai Chi Continues in 2017!

Lowell Community Wellness will once again offer Tai Chi, led by Dr. John Mogor, beginning this Tuesday night at the Methodist Church, beginning at 7:00 PM. There is a suggested donation of $5.00 per participant, and the class runs for 8 weeks.  Please consider Tai Chi as part of your 2017 Wellness journey!
